Typically they dont want to face someone - counselors, friends, family, or co-workers.
We cant see them and they cant see us.
This allows people to vent without judgment, to feel heard, and if wanted they can get a fresh perspective from our knowledgeable staff of excellent listeners.
If they need a listening ear or a better view of their situation we are here for them.
